Rochester Area Young Information Professionals Event

Are you a new information professional in the Rochester area? This group is for you!
Planning for the first meeting of the Rochester Young Information Professionals group is underway.

When: 7:15pm, Tuesday, July 23rd
Where: Welles- Brown Room, Rush Rhees Library, University of Rochester
What: Come hear Mary Ann Mavrinac, Vice Provost and Dean of the River Campus Libraries at the University of Rochester, share her experiences of being a young professional. After a brief discussion, there will be time to network.

The hope is that this group will gather new and forward-thinking information professionals together for sharing ideas, learning from each other’s successes, chatting about our constantly evolving profession, and building community and collaborations around common goals.
