FEMA’s Public Assistance Grant Program

Although upstate mostly escaped damage from Hurricane Sandy and it’s aftermath, libraries that suffered damage from the storm are eligible to apply for help through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Public Assistance Grant Program. The program is specifically set up to aid in repairs to the facilities of local, state, and tribal governments and of non-profit organizations, including libraries.

Full details on the program are here.
